Has anyone used this POE tester:

If connected between a PSE (a POE switch) and a PD (an IP cam) it shows the Amps, Watts and Volts that the PD draws.
I am eyeing it since i've been in a situation where the PSU for the switch had enough Volts but not enough Amps for a (PTZ) IP cam. If i had that i would have easily been able to see where the problem was.
