POE Switch Question

I am interested in getting 6-8 Hikvision cameras and I am looking for a good switch to power them. Is the NETGEAR ProSAFE JGS516PE 16-Port Gigabit Rackmount PoE a good option?

I have a Netgear 10/100 24-port managed switch and it sucks. The Web UI is very slow...it's a pig.
