Please help with serial port tftp methods

1. Can somebody tell me which is the serial port in the attached picture?

2. What kind of cable can I use to connect this port to my laptop's usb port?

3. Pls give a simple tutorial on PuTTY and tftp the NVR to flash its ROM from the my laptop.

The serial console port is the white 4-pin connector.
