PLEASE HELP! Power for Hikvision housing.

I feel like I'm losing my mind. I recently bought the Hikvision CHB-HBW housing. The power requirements (pic attached) says it needs 24VAC and 4 AMPS. While several transformers convert standard 110 US power to 24VAC, NONE THAT I CAN FIND come even close to outputting 4 amps. I've contacted Hikvision and no one can help me.
Please, how does ANYONE power this dang housing??!!

Would greatly appreciate any help.

check the amps. 40VA is about 1.6Amps. Made sure is 100VA

Here's a transformer rated 24VAC @ 100VA ==>> ALTRONIX T2428100 24VAC or 28VAC/100VA, 120VAC input
Keep in mind that the heater (60 watt) is part of that max rating.
