That's the problem with ordering Taobao.com rather than Aliexpress is that the seller hasn't put multi-language hacked firmware on it.
There's multi language cameras on taobao too. This cost me $53 there
OP's best bet is to message a seller on aliexpress pretending to have bought a camera from them on a different account and ask for the firmware.

Wow, can not be. Nowhere is this camera firmware.
I would be very grateful if you share firmware for this device.
1. your nas sinologist does not support the protocol of this camera, try to change resolution ([FONT="]2048x1536[/FONT] ->[FONT="]1920x1080P)[/FONT] in to 2CD2035.
2. make sure that the set one video format H 264 (cd2035 - may be set H 265 or H264+ ).
3. it should be on the camera to change the password to a password set on nas synology.

I found a quick and dirty solution.
- I stuck a dedicated disk in a Windows 7 machine.
- Created a directory. Shared it
- Created a directory in the first directory. Shared it
- Make the cam write to ip adres /directory2. SMB/CIFS with adminstrator and password.
New problem now; I'm unable to play the H265 files I download from the webinterface
