Please Help, can't figure out PTZ on my new IPC-HDBW4433R-ZS

Ok,

So I just got a Dahua NVR 4208 as well as a IPC-HDW4433R-ZS from Andy.

When logging direclty to the Cam, the PAN TILT controls aren't showing and on the NVR the controls arent doing anything. Not even sure where to start! Since Im using the NVR POE I'm assuming I dont need to connect the CAM DC plug to get the PTZ working. What am I missing, no PAN TILT controls are showing when accessing the cam directly. Probably very dumb question but I cant figure it out.

that is because it is not a pan/tilt camera..its a fixed camera with a varifocal lens...
