Please check my build spec

Hi Everyone,

I have 2x 4MP cams running @ 2560x1440 (15 FPS). I can only ever see myself running a total of 4 cams.

Currently my BlueIris host is a VM running in unRAID with Direct to Disc enabled.

This isn't ideal nor efficient. I want to separate this into it's own physical host and utilise Intel Quick Sync for Hardware Acceleration.

Looking for opinions in the machine spec I have created:

MOBO: Asus H110M-K
CPU: Core i3-6100
RAM: Patriot 8G Single DDR4 2133
HDD OS: Random spare from pile
HDD Storage: Use existing WD Purple 4TB
Case Coolermaster N400
Power Supply Corsair V350


Appreciate any feedback.

You will be fine with 4x 4mp cams..

Yup, I don't foresee any problems with an i3. An i3 is essentially half of an i7, and an i7 will handle 20+ cameras well.
