What is the preferred method for playing back footage from the "storage server" software I have running on a 24/7 server? I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it through "remote playback" on a client PC running IVMS 4200. Surely browsing the through the files on the recording drive isn't the only way...right? I used IVMS 4200 on the client machine to configure everything. I have (3) DS-2CD2185FWD-I cameras that are set to record 24/7 for testing purposes at the moment. I AM recording everything. Trying to make the jump from CCTV, hitting a few roadblocks.
