Playback on Cloud possible, but not on web

I have a strange issue here,
its a 8ch NVR without, with latest fw V4.61.025 build 220905
All cameras are added, live view is OK. All are in same network.
The nvrdevice is added to the cloud, on mobile i can live view, playback etc. I have also done a portforwarding ( 8000 ) I can live view from web, but it shows no record files wheni want to playback
im 100% sure there are footage, on mobile ( hikconnect ) it works over p2p. The plugins are installed, so its not plugin issue, same problem on ivms 4200 software
Time date etc. all are synched and up to date. The harddisk is seen. Im logged in with Admin, so its not a permission issue

Anyone suggestions ?

Which browser are you using? you should be running edge and reloading the page in internet explorer mode

Installed the latest fw as suggested. Tried with edge ie mode. In getting live view but no playback.

If it was my DVR id simply factory restore and set it up again. You wont lose footage with factory restore.

Also try with this. Just change extension from txt to vbs and run it. Its native IE
