Playback of Clips

I've installed the latest version of BI 4 on the PC and the latest version of the IOS app. When I go through the calendar to playback a recorded clip on the phone I find that it plays the first few seconds and then the image does not update. The progress bar at the top shows that the video is still playing but the image is frozen. I've tried multiple clips from multiple cameras on multiple IOS devices and always get the same result. The clips are all mp4. They used to work fine and still play fine on the PC through BI. I know that both the PC and IOS apps have been updated recently.

Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone have any ideas on how I fix it?
