Playback failing

I have tried playing back what has been recorded on my Windows 7 machine via the web browser at a remote location. From my iPhone and iPad it works fine.

i have tried different browsers and it says the same error playback failed.

Don't know what might be causing it but it's getting frustrating as I don't want to use the iPad all the time.
any ideas what might be causing it?

Might be your plugin, could you uninstall the old webcomponent.exe then go to the web page again and when it prompts you to install the new one go ahead.

Closed browsers then removed plugin for uninstall programs.
i then restarted machine, visited webpage of NVR remotely requested plugin after logging in, exited web browsers, installed plugin. Opened internet explorer 11 and it would not playback. The funny thing is it plays a live stream but only 2-3 and not the full 5 cams I have, if I do play 5 streams simulatainiously, it will stutter and freeze on the live feed.

any ideas I am completely lost
