I am using multiple cameras Hikvision 2CD2185FWD-IS (last firmware). They are configured to continuously recording to my NAS with NFS. It works has expected.
if I try a playback inside Hikconnect (iPhone/iPad/macOS), I have no issue.
Cameras are also configured to record on event (motion detect, cross line, etc...) and send images via email.
When the event triggers, I received 3 photos correctly, no issue.
The problem is coming when I am trying to playback the video of the event. I launch Hikconnect, select the camera and playback period.
Before the event, no issue, the video is playing correctly, but at the time of event, the video is jumping forward suddenly for about 30s.
If I rewind manually the video, sometimes, I can see the full video of event, sometimes not. I have to retry multiple times inside the Hikconnect application.
I have tried to download the mp4 video file from the NAS, and play from a video player. The video seems ok without jump.
It seems related to Hikconnect, but I do not understand why. It is strange.
Any idea please ?
