Pixelated LiveView on Mac

I'm just setting up a new pair of DS-2CD2042WD-I cameras and the LiveView in my web browser works fine on IE in Windows, but the problem is I don't use Windows (had to run a VM to set them up). On my Mac, I can login to the cameras fine, and I've installed the latest Web Components for Mac, but the LiveView is a pixelated mess (using Safari or Firefox). See the attached picture.

Anyone else experienced this and worked around it?

what version of WebPlugin are you using ?, try the one from here http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/index.php?dir=Software/02 Web Components/ also make sure you use UDP and not TCP as TCP is currently broken.

Yes! I was using version 3.0.5.26 of the web component from here, but I downloaded the one you linked, switched to UDP and it works now!
