PC viewing works, but not IOS app

Hello,

I recently purchased a foscam and it works great when I view from the foscam provided Software on my PC. However, when I try to view from an App on my iphone 6 it has a massive lag/delay, or tries to speed up to real time to catch up (almost like it fast forwards and someone whom is normally walking would look like they are running). I have tried purchased apps and free; all have the same problem. I have tried surveillance pro, baby monitor hd, and the foscam viewer. I am hesitant to keep buying apps as I think there may be a bigger issue at hand.

Note that this is all in-network viewing so far. The camera model is FI9821W v2.

I'm just confused as to how my PC works perfectly and my iphone is horrible. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have not tried it out of my LAN. The camera is hooked up via ethernet cable from my router. My PC grabs the signal from the wireless network. Same with my phone, so I think (my phone is connected to same wireless network as camera).

I will be using it as a baby monitor so I likely will not need to use it When I am out of the house.

Upon further research it Seems some other people with these phones are having connectivity issues to wireless networks. I'll try different mobile devices (wifes iphone 5 and a kindle fire) tonight and see if that solves the problem.
 
Well I tried the kindle fire and that worked perfectly with little to no lag. My wife's Iphone 5s had trouble just as my iphone 6 did. I'll bring the problem over to an iphone forum.
