password tool not working

Hi, I have recently purchased a house that has the DS-2CD2365G1 cameras installed already.
I purchased a new DS-7608NI-I2 NVR and am trying to get it all connected.

The camera were set up with the previous property owners NVR so i need to reset them or the password to be able to setup with my NVR.

When i try to reset with the password tool is says unable to reset password device denied.
Any help would be appreciated

You will probably need to factory reset the cams and start over.

Is there a way to physically factory reset them? First time having these type of cameras sorry.

Those cams have an SD card under a door, reset button should be under that door.
