Password Reset Request for Dahua IP Camera - IPC-HFW1230S1-S5

I have forgotten the password to access my Dahua IP Camera (Model: DH-IPC-HFW1230S1-S5). I have attached the exported XML file from ConfigTool for your assistance in generating a reset password or response file.

• Model: DH-IPC-HFW1230S1-S5
• S/N: 7L032A6PAG176F7
• MAC: C0:39:5A:1B:12:33
• IP: 192.168.10.23

• Model: DH-IPC-HFW1230S1-S5

• IP: 192.168.10.28

Hi @Hadi.r1987 ,

You may be able to reset this camera without the reset xml file and support.
Inside may be two pins to connect when starting the camera, after 15 seconds it will reset.





People on IPcamTalk forum are not employees of Dahua Technology, and do not have access to internal software used to reset the device.
If you are unable to reset the camera with connector pins inside, try emailing support_rpws </at> global.dahuatech.com with the xml reset files.
