Password forgotten on IPC-HDW5231R-ZE on nvr

Hi,

After water damage on my IPC-HDW5231R-ZE I have now finally replaced the connector and my nvr is recognizing the camera. However seems I have forgotten the password of the camera, because of keeps on showing offline status in the nvr setup. I can't connect to the camera with this laptop it seems because of different ip range and subnet coming from nvr. Do I really need to get the camera of the wall again, open it and reset it? Or are there any other possibilities?

ok need to update the situation :) I see in the logs now that the account on that camera is locked. Anyway to reset? I have a monitor hooked up to the nvr, but don't see an option to reset the password just for this camera.
 
What you could have tried is to keep the POE connection plugged in to the cam, but holding the reset button for 15-20 seconds, this will forcibly factory reset the camera, and the NVR pushes its password back into the camera.
