"68% of those currently hospitalized are unvaccinated".

With the history of misinformation and outright lies from the medical community I have a hard time believing any of this. This statement does not say "because of covid", or even "with covid". There's no definition of what they consider vaccinated. They often cloud it further using both "vaccinated" and "fully vaccinated". My local hospital did a major advertising campaign last year using horribly manipulated data. Almost every news story I read about covid and hospitals includes a phrase similar to "...the large majority are unvaccinated...", like it's a knee-jerk obligatory inclusion in every covid article. The propaganda campaign is so obvious I doubt it will win over many people that haven't given into it yet.

Here are 2 examples of the obligatory propaganda:

"Exhausted and overwhelmed by the influx of mostly unvaccinated Covid patients, Dr James Samuel Pope, an intensive care physician at Hartford Hospital in the US state of Connecticut, hopes the Omicron wave of the pandemic will be the last. "

"Most of the patients Pope sees today are unvaccinated,"

I love the 2nd sentence in the small print “Vaccination status of currently hospitalized individuals is reported in aggregate, and therefore not verified by public health at the patient level”. Correct me if I’m wrong, but in layman’s terms, doesn’t that mean the hospital can say anything and it’s not verified? Also, the people reported, were they admitted because of Covid or for other reasons (broken arm, etc) and either had or acquired Covid while in the hospital?

Howard....have you looked into a mirror lately? The side effects could be worse than you think....and that's just the visual side effect. I won't waste my time or yours suggesting you also listen to yourself. You're too wrapped up in your ego, being worshiped and coddled by your fan base all these years.

Obviously Politico forgot a few misinformation items propagated by the left over the course of 6 years, one major item was Russia Collusion. Although, one thing Politico is doing right, if you are on the side of Socialism/Communism (which I am most definitely not), is adhering to Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Outside of those obvious points, that Politico article regarding Conservatism is completely wrong.

My wife just heard from a neighbor this story. The person went into the hospital with a knee problem. She got a bill from the hospital for around $1800 because her insurance did not cover it all. So she calls the billing department at the hospital and after a lengthy discussion the person at the billing department would change the description of the injury to have it Covid related and that way the government would pay the bill.

So that leads me to all these reports we are reading of people who were hospitalized with something else but were tested and had Covid??? I had always thought that decision was made by the Doctor's et cetera, but I can now see where the change could be made in the billing department/administration of the hospital. Money of course. Always follow the money.
