COVID-19 Mortality Risk Correlates Inversely with Vitamin D3 Status, and a Mortality Rate Close to Zero Could Theoretically Be Achieved at 50 ng/mL 25(OH)D3: Results of a Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Conclusions: The datasets provide strong evidence that low D3 is a predictor rather than just a side effect of the infection.

Medical Study

I read a long time ago that Doctors had noticed a lot of covid patients came in had low vitamin D, this backs that up.

Don't worry, soon the CDC will announce that D3 is as bad as Ivermectin and make it impossible to get.
Anything that they cannot make money off of will not be recommended and will/is not listed as a valid remedy. Or they (for the U.S.A) will make D3 and K2, prescription only so that it cannot be used OTC.

So I wonder how this relates to how much D3 should be taken daily?

I do 5000 IU daily…

Conclusions: The datasets provide strong evidence that low D3 is a predictor rather than just a side effect of the infection. Despite ongoing vaccinations, we recommend raising serum 25(OH)D levels to above 50 ng/mL to prevent or mitigate new outbreaks due to escape mutations or decreasing antibody activity.

May find useful info here, not sure, have not read, the actual 20 page study linked;

Ahhh thanks. I see they recommend same as the FLCCC protocol I’m following:

Thus, daily vitamin D3 supplementation in the range of 4000 to 10,000 units (100 to 250 μg) needed to generate an optimal vitamin D3 blood level in the range of 40–60 ng/mL has been shown to be completely safe when combined with approximately 200 μg/mL vitamin K2 [80–82]. However, this knowledge is still not widespread in the medical community, and obsolete warnings about the risks of vitamin D3 overdoses unfortunately are still commonly circulating.
