P2P UID not working/showing?

Hello, my ESCAM QD900 WiFi never ever worked with UID P2P, even in IP CAMERA settings I can't find P2P section, was trying to port forward router, it shows ports are open, but I still cant reach it by the browser.

And I'm even not getting P2P section in my IP CAMERA section, I saw there has to be P2P section:

So UID P2P code which is on IP Camera - not working, it always says offline.

It is possible to fix that?

I just tried connect to my IP Camera by my phone (cellular 3G, not same WiFi as IP Camera connected) and it worked, so ports working, I can connect to my IP camera with different network connection.
New problem, I can't connect by the "rtsp" with my phone/pc, port 554 is forwarded.
and p2p is still missing.
