Overheat

I wonder how many miles he gets per gallon of water. These events took place on 2/6 and 3/21 so it looks like he's not in a hurry to fix his car. What the heck, water is cheap

Judging by the amount of items and cargo stuffed into the rear hatch area plus the rear seat area and the windows being somewhat fogged up, I'd say Mr. Coolermaster and his companion are house-less and live in that overheating, vintage Range Rover.

If so, that likely explains why he hasn't had its overheating issue fixed yet.
