Overallocated Shortage Error

I’ve been running BI for a couple of years. I noticed today an overallocated shortage error, nothing has changed lately. It’s probably been about 2 months since I last installed an update, no HD changes or setting changes.
I tried repairing the DB, didn’t help.
I have New and Alerts setup on one drive, Stored on a separate drive.
I don’t have anything of importance that I would be concerned about if lost. If I wanted to wipe all the recordings and start fresh (not re-configure the cameras though), what’s the best way to do that?

Check to make sure that the drive isn't allocating space for a system restore and tell the recycle bin to not allocate any storage for it.

Make those changes and to a compact/repair the DB and then give it an hour or so and see if that takes care of it.

If not and you want to blow out all the recordings and start fresh, simply stop BI as a service and delete the bvr files along with the DB folder and then restart BI.
