Osd menu?

Hello all for the longest time now I still can't figure out how to get the OSD menu up on the Hikvision DVR I have for the UTC cameras. I saw that you need to provision the ptz or click the virtual menu button or the plus sign of the iris button...But I still can't get those menus to show up.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Tried that but still nothing. All the camera literature doesn't go into detail on how to get the menu on the screen. Is there a procedure that needs to be followed like setting the ptz protocol etc?

Did some further testing and found out that if I plug the camera directly into the dvr and used the hikvision-c protocol the osd menu of the camera appears. So I then hooked up a pre-made 100 foot rca cable and tried it again and nothing. Hooked up a 500 foot reel of RG59 and tried it but still nothing osd on the screen. Anyone know if there are limitations to this UTC feature for the osd to work?
