In BI you should simply type in the IP address, username and password and then hit find/inspect and let BI do its thing. That should then populate in the sub drop down the correct path to use.
Or you copy what is in the mainstream and change the 0 to a 1.

Thank you for mentioning find/inspect! This came up in the box when I ran it. I'll post a screenshot of the setting page also. The find/inspect is what I was missing. The cameras were active in the system, but the additional information didn't become available until I ran that again.
