Open camera webpage for settings

I am having trouble opening the camera webpage to see the settings page.
When I try, I receive a message to download a plugin called "HsWebPlugin", I have done this but still can't open it.
Is there any software which I could use to see the camera webpage ?

What camera and what browser?

Most that require a plug in need to use Internet Explorer. Not chrome or edge with IE tab but plain Ole IE.

That is the plug in for Herospeed cameras which I have had great luck with for over 3 years.
wittaj is right about needing Internet Explorer.
I just confirmed that it still works in IE on an old pc that is not allowed internet access. I could not get them to open using Edge in IE mode though.

Tried to open IE but Edge keeps coming up.

Explorer is still there and there are ways to get Explorer again.

The simple way is to change the BHO folder to another name like oldBHO and BAM Explorer is back.

SOMETIMES but not always when using Edge you can go to the loggin page for your camera then open the menu that shows as .... in the upper right browser screen and a drop down menu will offer the option to load that page in IE mode.
