Wow! He is soooo very drunk.
The guy he ran over is just plain lucky to be alive, hopefully he has just bumps and scrapes....that could have had a very different, and bad, outcome.
Hope he makes it home without killing anyone and the law gets to see this video.

According to Fox...
"Two weeks later, this past Friday, Whitmire says the driver came back to the same bar. The manager recognized him and called police.
Whitmire says he's frustrated because the next day detectives told him the driver was not in custody."

Does anybody think the victim who was run over lacks the basic sense to jump OUT of the way, rather than to RUN RIGHT INTO the front bumper? Da fuk.
