Hi,
I want install ONE camera on garage. Whats is best method?
1. Buy outdoor camera with microSD 128 gb and POE? (how works playback widhout NVR?)
2. Buy outdoor camera with NVR and POE? (whats is cheapest NVR?)

Thanks for adcice.

If just one camera, just go with camera.

You watch the playback of the SDcard via a web browser by logging into the camera via the IP address of the camera. Or depending on the camera you buy, you may be able to play it back via an app.

+1^^^.
You can also watch camera live stream on PC monitor screen by streaming to VLC, full screen and with audio (if camera has microphone).
Ideally, insure camera is ONVIF compliant.

I know. What abou android app? Works with gDMSS Plus ?
VLC has a Android app. If the camera is ONVIF compliant, there are tons of Android apps that will work with it, like gDMSS Plus and Tinycam.

It checks a lot of his boxes except POE.
Is ONVIF, streams RTSP to VLC, gDMSS Plus and Tinycam, Amcrest Pro View and many other Android apps
Records to microSD card.
Is wired or wireless.
EDIT: 2 way audio

I'm using it with a POE+ switch.

Need to check, when I get home. With the old one, (older model. that broke) I have used a splitter, but if I recall on this one, I only have a blue Ethernet cable plugged in. This one does not have the zoom feature, as the old one had, I miss that feature.

There was a version of the 841 (2MP) and likely the 1041 that you linked (4MP) that had a "E" suffix for POE but I have not seen them offered for some time. I've got 3 of the 841's that are 5VDC, 2 are micro USB and 1 is so old it has a coaxial plug for the 5VDC instead of micro USB. They've been good cams for low priority work (dog cams).
