I added a new camera today to BI and when I filter to show Person Alerts as shown below, this camera lists the alerts as shown, but when I click to view the person alert it plays the entire clip starting at 17:00 AND 17:03 which doesn't start where the person shows up in the clip. My other cameras are working as expected. Am I missing a setting on this new camera configuration somewhere? Thanks!
