Hello mazut, the fan will work but it'll be an okay one that certainly won't be quiet. But you can always replace with a Noctua fan or the likes, as Noctua fans can be much quieter in comparison.

Fan is quiet, works in auto at 3000-3500 rpm, only hdd can be heard

When the fan quits mazut, replace it with a Noctua one of same size.

You will definitely notice a difference.
