NVR4208-4KS2 looses 15 mins of surveillance

Ive got a NVR4208-4KS2 with 4 cameras connected to it. all cameras are set up to record at different quailty and the box has been set to record 24/7. ive got a 6tb hdd so plenty of room. ive noticed last few days while trying to check the playback it skips from 07:00am to 07:15am even though it shows everything is green. doesnt matter if i try and playback the cameras individually it still wont show that 15 mins. my box hasnt been set to reboot at that time either. any idea what could be going on?
 
Have you tried rebooting? Tried to search that time in the web gui for the nvr or in dmss?
