NVR won't connect to cameras after firmware update.

Hello,i would really appreciate some help with this issue, I bought a Hikvision DS-7608-E2/8P last year from Amazon, I decided to upgrade the firmware and installed V3.4.21 build 160630, now I can't connect to the cameras which are DS-2CD2132F-1, I would really appreciate any suggestions on what I should do to solve this problem,thanks in advance.

When you plug the camera into your network, does your router give it an IP address (check DHCP clients in your router). Can you use the Hikvision camera finder program to find the cameras?

I decided to upgrade the firmware and installed V3.4.21 build 160630

What status is showing on the NVR for the cameras?
Are the cameras known to be non-CN region?
Are the cameras on the PoE ports of the NVR?
Is the web GUI or the VGA/HDMI interface giving a message such as 'Language mismatch'
In the VGA/HDMI interface, if there is an orange triangle, click it and see what the message is.

Thanks for all your replies,i figured out the problem, I didn't have the Poe power turned on in the software, as you can see I'm still new to this, but it's working now,thanks again.
