NVR UPGRADE

Hi everyone ...
I have hikvision NVR DS-9664NI-I8
I have upgrade it from 3.4.X version to NVR_K51_BL_ML_STD_V4.21.008_190625
Before upgrading I can playback all the records ... After upgrading I couldn't do it
What can I do??

Hi I’ve just updated to this new update not expecting a complete revamp of the software and completely messing with how things are done. I’m having same issues and from what I can see it looks like a user nightmare to even attempt to go through the recordings
