Hi, I have two different setups with HIK Vision DS-7616NI-M2 with different HIK Vision acusense cameras. Both NVR and cameras are updated with the latest firmware. With only event recording activated, I have missing parts, 1s or more, either in the beginning of the clip or in the middle or at the end of it on both installations. Can anyone tell me where the problem is?
NVR recording only parts of the events, often missing the beginning or middle or at the end of it.
