My friends house was recently broken in to and he did not have an alarm or any cameras protecting his property. He no would like to get a camera solution after seeing my BI setup with Hikvision cams. As he is pretty non-technical and I don't want to be forever supporting him, I thought maybe an NVR solution would be the best solution. Could the experts on this forum please let me know what a good "low touch" solution would be? Also the ability to view the cams on a mobile device would be preferable. Thanks,Andy

Welcome to the forum. This laview system is a rebranded hikvision (though it does NOT run the same firmware as the 2032 bullets)..their support is very good.

If your friend wants to choose various camera styles he should by from a place that offers great support like nelly's. http://www.nellyssecurity.com/
