NVR 76xxNI-I firmware 4.1.54 corrupt zip file

At the following URL

the file NVR_K51_BL_ML_NEU_V4.1.54_180621.zip (the Neutral version of the 20Mbytes file size) seems to be corrupt. Has anybody managed to get a valid firmware file?

Have you tried updating your extraction software eg win ip or winrar etc to the latest version

Yes I have the latest winzip version. Have you tried downloading it?

yeah i get the same issue. file seems to be incomplete i guess.
the other file NVR_K51_BL_ML_STD_V4.1.54_180621.zip opens ok

Yes, it's a partial file. Check out the 2 sizes shown on the download site. Quite careless of the web admin, someone should contact them ...
