It's CUDA base according to the link and therefor should work. The core count is kind of low, but in todays world of insane prices for higher end cards it may be worth the try.

As @sebastiantombs commented it is a relatively low cuda core count, ie sub 200 - too low for my liking. Probably comes down to price this one. The P400 cards are marginally higher core count and price is OK but not great value, although low power consumption. Seems like to me the 1050ti is probably a pretty good sweet spot unless you get a deal on a 1650/1660. The latter will of course draw more power from the PSU, expect around 30-40 watts for the P400, 80-140 watts for the 1650/1660.

Power usage is all dependant on how hard the cards are being pushed, the 1050/1660 don't actually use a huge amount when idle or under minimal strain. Personally I would be looking at a 1050 minimum in cuda cores vs value for money, seems like the P400's should be $150, 1050ti $200 and 1660 $230. In theory and dependant on supply from reliable retailers at recommended retail price.

Recently I have been researching this topic to death so feel free to ask questions, happy to help if I can. I'd say if you can get a good deal on a 1660 in any flavour then go with that, Gigabyte brand have very nice coolers, quiet fans and are pretty easy on power usage. Anything from Gigabyte, EVGA or Msi should be good with solid warranty. Price are all over the place at the moment, I have watched 1660's drop as low as UK £210 then jump to £350-400 when sold by third party. For budget options it really comes down to the P400 or possibly NVS 510, not the best time to be buying sadly but deals do pop up now and then.
