NV41AI-8P-4K vs NV41AI-8P-4KH - Is there a difference?

Please help me see what I'm missing. I'm looking for a small NVR with POE and I think these would work. Other than the packaging, I cannot find any difference between the two. The specs seem identical other than the dimensions and the placement of the 2nd usb port. Is there something I'm missing?

Both are from the same 4xxx-EI Dahua line...
only difference is a chassis (plastic white box which looks nice next to TV in living room vs rackable black classic chassis)
