Number of streams to the device has reached the upper limit

I have started receiving a new error on ivms-4200 when trying to download recordings "Downloading Failed. The probable reason may be that the number of streams to the device has reached the upper limit. Please close the playback of and download again.". It only happens on 2 of the 9 cameras, a ds-2cd2085fwd-i and a ds-2cd2085g1-i. Nothing in my system has changed, has any one else had this happen?

I have the same problem with ds-2cd2085g1-i and ivms-4200 now.
Did you find any solution or root cause by chance?

No I have not, sometimes it works and sometimes it dose not.
