It boils down to this:

• Your agency got Federal dollars? You can't use.
• Your agency did NOT get Federal dollars? You CAN use.

So by this yard stick, what does this law actually do to increase "national security"? Not a damn thing. I'm curious if we can find a financial connection between the Democrat legislator that authored this bill and the company of the US-made drones.
