no, just a utility closet on the other side. I will be making a bunch of violations for the owner. the inspector was there inspecting my fire alarm and almost had a nervous breakdown when he saw some of the electrical work done there. He did not violate them just told them to have it corrected. Ill probably get to that sometime next week. I found a bunch of double tapped breakers. 1 20 amp breaker with 6 wires jammed under the screw! this was all done by the maintenance man that could fix everything!
