Not working TFTP server with new NVR DS-7616N-E2 China

Maybe know somebody knows what's the problem? TFTP Server does not start with the new firmware 3.4.2 NVR 7616. (Year 2016)
TFTP server [192.0.0.128] initialized
this stops processes.
If you connect a different NVR 7616 (release date 2015) everything works fine.

It seems that the bootloader no longer uses the tftp updater.
Hikvision did remove it from their website last year.

What are the other options for firmware update?

The web GUI, the USB memorry stick, the bootloader via the serial console.

The web GUI - firmware update via Maintenance menu.
USB memory stick - via the VGA/HDMI interface
Serial console - via the bootloader, the only option available via that interface.
