nice for rentals or short terms apartments. Fully adjustable, will not damage/marks the door frame. I saw a review on YT, but noticed the pa audio-out was awful, IR almost undistinguished (while using batteries) with no lights, limited/fixed detection zones (producing false alerts). Room for improvement.
