No triggers record on 8 cams. No alerts are sent. The app does not show any new triggered recordings. W/Pictures!

Over the last week, I have been losing a camera a day. Now no cameras are sending me alerts. No cameras are showing new triggers. The app shows no new triggered recordings. I have been messing with BI to see what is happening, but I am getting nowhere. All my cameras show the same information.
Any suggestions?

What version are you running? Stick to either continuous or simply when triggered, not your current setting.

Which version - 5.0 or the most recent version - some have reported issues with motion detection in a more recent release. Are you running substreams and need to put in zones, etc.

No cameras in zones. Running substreams. It is 5.3.6 updated 6 days ago...at the same time I started losing cameras.

Yea, suggest you rollback to your previous version until an update comes out.

Leave it on continuous regardless if what you are seeking is continuous recordings and alerts on trigger. Triggered + continuous serves a different purpose and you will be missing lots of footage with your posted settings.

Thanks for the replies. I somehow accidentally hit pause on some cameras. I cycled the shield green and everything came back.
