Setup camera and could not set configure for actual camera model, so I picked one that the ptz worked. Dahua

Also what sound settings? I set it like the others and enabled on blue iris still not working. Thanks
The PTZ have audio in/output so you need a voice pick up device to work, the ptz itself there is no build in mic.
Most ptz when pan/tilt have noise, so buid in mic not useful, esp for long range zoom, you just hear things nearby.
