No Signal on one camera (off-and-on), has happened to others before. Random.

I've been using BI for over a year now. When I first started two of the cameras would randomly show NO SIGNAL with no error. Then they'd come back randomly and be fine (not on the same interval just randomly not working. Those two eventually went away and now a different one is doing it.

When BI does the NO SIGNAL, the Hikvision iVMS-4200 Client still has full connection to the camera and can see video just fine. Restarting the camera through the iVMS-4200 Client doesn't help. The camera just goes in and out all day between NO SIGNAL and normal video with no rhyme or reason (on BI, works fine in iVMS).

Any advice?

I have a similar issue except only my 2335 cameras seem to be rebooting and not visible in ivms when it happens. BI shows the errors when it happens as:

12:32:55 AM Signal: network retry
12:32:59 AM Signal: refused; check IP address and port
12:33:26 AM Signal: network retry
12:33:28 AM Signal: restored

Seems they are rebooting every 20-30 minutes or so.These are grey market cams I purchased knowing they can't be easily updated, if at all. Just trying different things to try and figure out why they are doing it. Nothing worked so far.

If you cams are still up when BI loses the signal, you can set your individual cam settings to restart the specific camera window after X amount of timeouts.

That sounds like a different issue, as mine is not rebooting at all. You may want to make your own thread.

I agree. For better / quicker results you may also consider moving your post or re-posting to the 'Blue Iris Troubleshooting' section.
