No PTZ function on Hikvision

I have a Hikvision Fisheye connected, I can't seem to use the PTZ functions on it though. PTZ is set to Hikvision. Not sure if there is a PTZ port or what.
 
The Dewarping is done inside the camera, it sends out feeds as if they were actual camera's. Ispy can run the PTZ in them.
 
Make sure you have the correct port number set (i think it needs the http port for the ptz function)..if that doesnt work, email support.
