After my internet provider required to run my router in Access Point mode, I am no longer able to access my Dahua PTZ on my phone app (gDMSS) unless I am connected to my local wifi. Is there any fix for this?

problem nr. 1 when connecting routers with routers
and/or if you use port forwarding, could also be a problem with changed ips..... dahua p2p cloud should only be affected by double nat scenarios
Thank you so much! the link you provided adviced me to contact my ISP, so I did, and they will reconfigure the fiber sentral so I can use my router in standard mode, so hopefully I will get it up an running again.
