No older clips

So I had no older clips on some cameras I needed - badly. I did some research and ran the database maintenance and then the rebuild / regenerate and now I don't even have clips from today?! Any ideas whats going on here? I am running the latest - not the cutting edge release?

When you rebuild/regenerate, you lose all of the thumbnails of the alerts or "clips", but you still have all the older BVR files, you just don't have the thumbnail pointers to the ones prior to the rebuild.

Top left Corner. Either select the file cabinet looking icon or select the folder and then all clips

huh? Im asking if in the web interface for blue iris if I can see the missing clips?

#whoops - posted that in the wrong thread LOL.

But yeah it is done basically the same way in the web interface UI3.

Under Filter by select all clips.

Weird. What if you select the NEW folder under the filter?

Do you have access to the main computer to pull up the console or remote into it to confirm all the .bvr video files are there?

I tell new to go to storage in 14 days. But I don't see anything beyond 6/30 on storage I have not limit set on storage?

New to storage is an either or based on what it hits first - the GB storage you told it or the number of days.

Is your GB too small so it is deleted?
