No mouse cursor Hikvision NVR DS-7608NI-K2

Hi,

I have a Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2 NVR. When I connect it locally to a monitor I get no mouse cursor/pointer. I have read a few posts about this issue but I have no solution to my problem. Anybody who have some ideas?
  • Firmware is latest V4.30.005 build 200628
  • Tried different mouses
  • Changed output in the remote GUI to HDMI
  • Tried all of the resolutions
  • Keyboard works
  • Several restarts

Did you ever resolve this? I’ve got the same issue and can I he’ll source a solution.
 
The mouse cursor failure may be related to the HDMI failure. The mouse cursor will work after disconnecting the HDMI cable and connecting the recorder to the VGA cable and restarting the recorder.


UART CONSOLE:

Probably some damage can be NAND memory or hardware or software.

HDMI Interface
The HI3536D V100 HDMI interface is a standard HDMI 1.4b interface.
Output resolution ranging from 720 x 240 to 1920 x 1080/1600 x 1200/2560 x 1440
Clock frequency ranging from 13.5 MHz to 162 MHz
Interlaced and progressive display
Output data format of YCbCr444
