No Live Feed on Blue Iris

I have setup my Hikvision DS-2cd2032-1 camera in SADP and get the live view. When I try to set it up in BI, I can't see the live view. I get the 8000007a error. I have set my server port to 8383 and http port to 1083 in SADP and BI.
Looking for some help.

you are not using proper ports..blue iris needs rtsp..
post image of BOTH camera port settings and BI settings.
 
Just curious, why does your config have '/doc/page/main.asp' in the URL video path and when I set a new Hikvision camera of the same model I get this, below?

I'd give it a shot! Insure everything else is what you want then type that in last EXACTLY (if it doesn't fill in properly when you select that cam from the drop down list), then click on 'OK'.
